Location of Classes
All our classes take place at the Dancehouse Theatre on Oxford road just 2mins walk from Oxford Road Train Station and are run on a drop-in basis, so come along whenever you like, you don’t need to book or sign up.
What to Wear
Most People wear leggings or jogging bottoms, t-short and socks to the classes but as long as you’re comfortable we’re happy
My favourite thing about this class is how friendly and welcoming it is – no one makes you feel silly for making a mistake or not knowing how to do something. Everyone is friendly and approachable, the class is full of a great mix of people, and Karen is always happy to answer questions and give helpful corrections!
