Frequently Asked Questions

Below you'll find answers to the questions we get asked the most about our dance classes

Yes! We are running all our classes (and even a few daytime ones) online. Please click here to see our online timetable and how to book on/join our classes which are being held over Zoom. (link to online classes tab)

Our classes are run on a drop in basis so you don’t need to book, just turn up when you can make it.

We are not fussy about what you wear to the classes as long as you’re comfortable. Most people wear a t-shirt and leggings or leotard and tights. Then depending on the class, bring socks, ballet shoes or jazz shoes.

There is an NCP car park just round the corner from The Dancehouse Theatre on Chester Street.

You are never too old to start dancing! We accept adults of all ages. Better late than never!

KNT Danceworks takes part in a show around 2 or 3 times a year. Everyone is welcome to take part.

KNT Danceworks runs throughout the year. If we do need to stop classes for any reason we let everyone know with enough notice.

There is no membership or registration fee you have to pay to KNT Danceworks, just the price per lesson payable to the teacher after each class.

Dance gift vouchers are available. They can be purchased for any amount of lessons and are made bespoke for each customer. Drop us an email to place an order.

No, we would always like to see you in a class before you start pointe work. We will be looking at your technique, strength and shape of feet. Pointe work is not for everyone so we make sure that it’s safe for you to attend before saying yes
