Dance Fit is a high-intensity cardio-based workout, which helps in stress reduction, burning calories, and cardiovascular endurance.

Barre Burn

Barre Burn is total-body workout with dynamic strength exercises, cardio bursts, and fiery exercises consisting of high reps and low impact exercises designed to target those hard to reach muscles.

Stretch & Strength

Strength & Stretch works on your inner strength by mobilising and stretching your entire body. Exercises will include static stretches, dynamic stretches, yoga, and pilates inspired movements.

Ballet Sculpt and Strength

Ballet Sculpt and Strength is designed to enhance your ballet experience. Specialised exercises that focus on sculpting your body, foster flexibility and amplify strength, offering a new approach to complement your ballet training.

Progressing Ballet Technique

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) focuses on core strength, weight placement and alignment of the body with carefully designed exercises and repetitions of these exercises that trigger their muscle memory.

Clothing:

Anything comfortable (t-shirt, leggings, socks & ballet shoes/pointe shoes)
